Is Rewild Therapy right for us?
-
Neurodiversity is the concept that there are a vast variety of human brain types. 'Neuro' is for brain and 'diversity' is for difference and variation. Celebrating neurodiversity means respecting and celebrating the natural variety and differences in how each person's brain is structured, how they process information, and how they interact with the world. Being neurodivergent is a naturally occurring brain difference within the richness of all brain variation. A person is neurodivergent if their brain type (neurotype) is considered different to the predominant neurotype. This includes autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia (DCD), dyscalculia, and many other neurotypes.
